• STANDARD guarantee: 12 months without extra charge
• GOLD guarantee : 24 months. Extension of the guarantee period for an additional charge, valid from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract.
• PLATINUM guarantee: 36 months. Extension of the warranty period for an additional charge, valid from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract.
  
  Warranty services already provided do not extend the warranty period.

Costs of the optional GOLD & PLATINUM guarantee

The cost of the optional PLATINUM guarantee including VAT varies depending on the device. It can only be taken out when the device is purchased. Retroactive guarantees are not possible.
